In 1981, a young engineer named Ronald M. Jezerinac recognized that Central Ohio’s design and construction industry needed a new kind of structural engineering firm - one that focused on practical design and emphasized responsive communication. He founded Jezerinac Engineering, Inc. and soon after brought on Richard E. Geers as a partner, forming Jezerinac Geers & Associates, Inc.

Together, Ron and Rick built a trusted structural engineering practice based on the core values of integrity, responsibility, and reliability, the guiding principles that continue to shape our firm today.

For almost four decades, Jezerinac Geers & Associates, Inc. has been providing its expertise in structural engineering to help shape the communities where they live and work. Their portfolio comprises various successful projects, such as a 12-story hospital tower and the largest sour cream processing plant east of the Mississippi.
