Jenkins Terrace is a 100-unit low-income apartment facility designed for the elderly located in the historic near-east side of Columbus. A community room with screened porches and kitchenette, activity rooms/parlors, media center, and common laundries are included in the project. Totaling approximately 99,700 SF, the facility was completed in 2006 at a cost of $9.2 million.
