"Close to Home. Far from Ordinary". This innovative mixed-use center was developed by The Georgetown Company, Limited Brands, and Steiner + Associates. The first phase of Easton Town Center was completed in 1999 and included over 700,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, office and entertainment venues. Phase Two – Easton Fashion District – added another 420,000 square feet in 2001. The Offices at Easton Station, a four-story mixed-use office building, was completed in 2008.
