Designed by Meleca Architecture and developed by Continental Real Estate, one-story retail buildings were constructed on each side of the High Street bridge over Interstate 670. The "cap" seamlessly connects the downtown Convention Center area to the Short North area. The concept of the cap dates to 18th century Europe to entice people to walk both sides of the river. Jezerinac Geers designed both the bridge over the interstate and the retail structures above.
